a) god, its super sexy.
b) i think it makes your lips look fuller (not that i have that problem with thin lips---i am pretty blessed)
c) mod staple and looks great with some more dramatic eye.

i can remember the day i first saw this photo. it was in spin or rolling stone. i loved it so much even though i could care less for the band. i ripped it out and only kept the eyes. later that month, i attended a concert with my rendition of shirley manson's makeup. i wish i had taken a picture...
